California - San Fransisco |
|
The
owners, John, the businessman and Dana, the artist, tried to build a house
allowing them to integrate a spacious atelier. They also wished a contemporary
but environment-friendly construction.
It is now the case with their Sheridan
Street's house!
This
one benefits from a modern construction on the heights of San Francisco
offering them a sublime panorama of all the city.
Building
materials:
- A
structure in metal doubled by metallic insulating prefabricated panels.
- No
air conditioning but an orientation and a successful insulation of the
glazings.
-
Place
planned for the installation of solar panels.
- Natural light in every room.
