The Phenix house is a prototype which will not be reproduced in the identical, but Phenix proposes since April 8th, 2008 the houses which are very widely inspired. The house of the common sense aroses from the concept of " the good house ": that imagined under the impulse creative and fascinated by Yann Arthus-Bertrand, famous photographer and burning defender of the planet and her inhabitants. So was born the concept and the protoype of " the Good house ", a house with weak ecological and economic impact in energy concretized by Phenix. The house of the common sense and its various models resumes a part of the technical innovations of the prototype of " The Good house " to offer an accessible price. 3 different houses are available: in plain-foot, in floor or in attic. It can be built on a surface going from 98 m2 to 121 m2 with 3 or 4 bedrooms. These houses realize a 80 % energy saving with regard to a traditional house, here is the brought innovations:
